Survey Incentive Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This survey incentive program is open to all participants who receive the survey invitation directly from Syngenta Vegetables following the Future of Veg event. Syngenta employees are not eligible to participate in this incentive program. Only the original survey recipient may complete the survey and be eligible for the gift card incentive.
Incentive Details: Each eligible participant who completes the survey will receive one (1) $5 USD Starbucks® gift card. Limit of one (1) gift card per participant. No participant may receive more than one gift card in any calendar quarter (once every 3 months). Survey must be completed with fully accurate contact information including first name, last name, email address, and business name. Survey must be completed by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on August 29, 2025.
Gift Card Distribution: Eligible participants will receive their Starbucks gift card within 30 days of survey completion. Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided in the survey. Gift cards can only be used in the following territories: United States (including Hawaii), Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Mexico, and Australia. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Gift cards cannot be transferred to another individual.
General Conditions: No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Only the intended recipient is eligible to complete the survey to be eligible for a Starbucks gift card. All surveys must be complete and submitted with full, complete and current contact information to be eligible for a gift card. Syngenta reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant. Syngenta reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this incentive program at any time. All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by Starbucks. Starbucks is not affiliated with Syngenta and is not a sponsor of this program. By participating in the survey, participants agree to these terms and conditions. The total value of gift cards distributed will not exceed program limits established by Syngenta's Gift Card Policy. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Syngenta's Privacy Policy. By providing your email address, you are agreeing to receive marketing communications from Syngenta. To have your name, address and email address removed from Sponsor's mailing list, mail a postcard request to: Remove from Mailing List, P.O. Box 221769 Charlotte, NC 28222-9956. Your name and address will be removed from Syngenta's promotion mailing list within forty-five (45) days after receipt of your request.
Record Keeping: Syngenta will maintain records of all gift cards distributed, including recipient information and distribution dates.These records will be maintained in accordance with Syngenta's internal policies and applicable laws.
