Very nice head quality and yield, with very long fridge storability (until June). Uniform, with reliable cycle, easy to harvest (grouped maturity & easy to peel). Very good head quality for retail market: dense internal structure, short core & round shape. Head weight of 1.5kg (Retail) - 3.5kg (Processing).
