Netherlands: Dutch onions lead field crop exports, with strong shipments driven by new Senegalese market access. Despite a large harvest, quality varies across the sector. Current farm-gate prices are around €0.17/kg, facing downward pressure.

Germany: 2025 harvest is complete with lower yields but increased cultivation areas. Quality is better than last year despite some weather impacts. Prices remain stable: yellow onions at €0.14-0.16/kg, with premium sizes reaching €0.21/kg. Red onions steady at €0.24-0.26/kg.

France: Market remains quiet with prices at €0.16-0.20/kg for 6-8cm bulbs. Poor quality, particularly fusarium issues, creates uncertainty for growers' future planning. Overall market sentiment remains cautious.

Poland: Onions remain in the fields. Buyer interest in onion bulbs is currently extremely low, with prices reflecting weak market demand.
