SP-7 is a non-harvestable super-polleniser. It has good resistance to Fon1, Fon2, Col-1, Powdery Mildew, and ZYMV. SP-7 also flowers earlier than SP-6, has larger male flowers, and possesses the prolific flowering trait (which causes production of high numbers of male flowers).
